| meat from 2 - 3 lobsters

1 c. white wine

| 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
|
2 tbsp olive oil
|
| 1 med Vidalia onion,
sliced |
2 tbsp butter |
| 1 lb bow-tie pasta
|
2 tbsp chopped parsley
|
| 3 garlic cloves, chopped
|
fresh ground Parmesan cheese
| Heat olive
oil and butter in skillet. Saute mushrooms, onion and
garlic. Boil pasta al dente. Drain and set aside.
Add lobster meat to oil mix. Saute for 3 minutes. Toss
well. Add wine. Remove from heat. Pour over hot
pasta. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt & pepper.
Toss well. Top with fresh ground Parmesan cheese. Serve
immediately. Serves 4 - 6.
